Students must also apply for graduate admission to the participating department of their choice at either Kent State or Miami University (for a list of participating departments and faculty mentors, go to the faculty link). Please refer to the FAQs for details and other information. Applications can be obtained from this page as a downloadable Word or pdf file. Once open, please use "Save As" to save a local editable copy. Submission procedures are included on the application form.
